Mishustin: Russia’s non-energy exports exceed $111 bln in Jan–Sep

MOSCOW, Dec 9 (PRIME) -- The volume of Russian non-energy exports exceeded U.S. $111 billion in January–September, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a forum on Wednesday.

“Only in nine months of this year, the volume of Russia’s non-resource non-energy exports exceeded $111 billion,” he said.

He reiterated the goal set by President Vladimir Putin to achieve growth in real exports of non-energy goods by at least 70% by 2030 compared to 2020.

Growth of Russian agricultural exports exceeded 15% in January–October, Mishustin also said.

He said that support to Russian manufacturers should be provided at all stages of export.

“The most important tools have been now created to support the export of our Russian manufacturers. The goods and services that are produced in Russia are very often unique, and support for our manufacturers, of course, should be provided at all stages of export,” Mishustin said.
